1. Can do bookings instantly?

Yes, of course! On the Honolulu Rentals demo, you can make instant bookings for available properties directly, no approval needed from the owner. Just choose your dates, complete the booking form, and you’ll receive the confirmation instantly.

2. How do I know if a property is available for my dates?

You can check a property’s availability directly on its listing page by selecting your desired check-in and check-out dates. The system will automatically show whether the property is available or unavailable for those dates. If the dates are available, you can proceed to book instantly or submit a booking request depending on the property settings.

3. Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount when booking

The site admin decides whether partial payments or full payments are allowed. When a deposit option is enabled, you can pay the required amount to secure your booking. The system will automatically generate an invoice for the deposit and notify both you and the property owner. The remaining balance can be paid to the site admin through the website or directly at the property, if desired.

4. How do I cancel a booking?

In WpRentals, a booking can be canceled depending on the booking status status. If the booking is already confirmed, the owner can cancel it from the account dashboard under "My Bookings," and the system will notify the renter automatically by email. If the booking is still pending approval, the renter can cancel it, which removes it from both the renter’s and the owner’s dashboards.
